    Hi umayaraj B

like Marius Obert mentioned, You need to check that you haven't created destination in CF and trying to check the service in webide, which takes the destination from neo environment while creating an app from template.

One more important thing to point out is that you will not find the service in the Service Catalog(because of the webide usage u are using), the functionality you are looking for only works with ABAP based services, not sure for other SAP products as a catalog request will go to fetch all the services when you select a destination in catalog.

So what you need to do is to use the service url option and mention the URI as shown in the below tutorial.

    Thanks,
    Mahesh

Did you create the destination in the neo environment?
