SAML2.0 to Apache Split tomcat deployment

Hi,

We are on BOBJ 42 sp7 patch4 and trying to enable SAML2.0 with iSAM identity provider.

We were able to successfully integrate BOBJ login with only Tomcat ie (http://<server:8080/BOE/BI) , but we were not able to achieve SAML sso with Apache split deploy. (ie, https://<f5url>:8443/BOE/BI).

Is there a different configuration to be done for the same? Do SAML work with Apache - tomcat split deployement?

I don't think it's specifically stated but the issue should be similar to handling SAML with load balancer or proxy https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/preview/en/2621904

    Have you reviewed that KBA?
