SYBASE Database Error

Hi,

I am using SAP ASE 16.0 with NW 7.5. When I am going to dbacockpit > Database NPL > Configuration > Server Configuration, I getting the following error

I have checked all the logins, they are correct and also implemented SAP Note: 1539124 SYB DB Configuration. But still unable to rectify the error.
