Import Geo JSON data into SAP Analytics Cloud?

I have an OData source which can export the geo location data of a point, line, or polygon in Geo JSON format. Can SAP Analytics cloud import such data and make a proper geo object of it, so that I can show it on a map in SAP Analytics Cloud?

Hi Oliver,

Explaining what could be done implies that what you are asking is not possible today, sorry ;-). I doubt this is already possible with Application Designer in SAC because there is a feature gap with Lumira Designer and this is most probably not on the top of the priority list.

Maybe you can check with @david.stocker about the possibilities?

We're trying too but it's not supported.

If you want to use geomap with polygon (shape), you need shapefile and create point of interests based on shapefile.

No GeoJson supported on SAC. I've not tried within Application Design in SAC...because it's possible with SAP LUmira Designer.

Hi Oliver,

SAP Analytics Cloud allows geo enrichment of acquired models via the coördinates. The first step is to add the Latitude and Longitude information along with a Location ID and Location Description to the model by combining data. The second step is to apply the geo enrichment.
