Keycode not valid

Hi, I purchased Crystal Reports 2013 2 days ago and was issued a 30 day temp code which worked. This was for running on a Windows Server 2012 R2 with SP2+ which I checked is compatible. I do not have the INS00140 error, it just says its invalid. I do not have previous versions of Crystal Reports installed. I have not used the code anywhere else. Please advise or issue a working registration code.

I was issued:

The license key code(s) for your solution(s): SAP Crystal Reports 2013: 1 .XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXX-WE

Thanks but I dont think my question is being read correctly.

I said I DO NOT have the INS00140 Error but you have sent me a link about this error.

I also said it was for Crystal Reports 2013. I have not purchased or installed Crystal Server for this machine.

    Thank you

    • I read your question correctly and verified the keycode before hiding it. Please do not share your valid keycode on Public forums.

The reason I shared the KBA is because it has a workaround solution to bypass keycode verification during installation. Look at step 8 in the KBA and attachment. Please try it.

Thanks, doing Step 8 worked, I had to uninstall, reboot, and reinstall, now it says the product if FULL.
