REST Polling Incremental Request - Passing Multiple Incremental Value in URL

Hi Members,
I am facing issue while while Rest Polling in sender Rest communication channel. We need to pass two incremental token value in the URL. URL looks like as: https://<hostname>?y=2019&m=09&S=Comma, where 2019=YYYY and 09=MM should be passed dynamically in the URL. But we can not find any option to send two values in incremental token in URL. Please help to achieve the same.
