Reporting for Premise missing contract and/or meter

I am looking for Tables or Tcodes to find the following information:

Premise created with no Contract; Premise created with contract but no meter set for billing.

I checked a couple BI reports but it seems I get what is there and not what is missing from Premise. That is what I need, reporting for what is missing from the Premise: contract and/or meter.

I checked a couple tables: ERCH, ETRG, EVER, ERCHC

I looked at E25T

These are tables and tcodes I found in SAP Community online.

could you add the tag IS-U which seems the proper area, the CRM Forum is decided the wrong area.
