Dear Experts,
In BSI TUB170, a change related to OR Courtesy Withholding says that Oregon resident employees can opt-out of courtesy withholding. For this BSI has created a new formula number one i.e. RF = 1. We have tried to find this in all the BSI and configuration tables, but couldn't figure it out. Could you please help me where can we find this formula and how to apply this while testing. Thank you in advance.
