Dear All,
Some of the analysts are facing the issue while trying to open the production tenant for c4c. While many of them are able to open and login to it successfully, some are getting the error at the same location and timezone. They also have the same business roles assigned to them. Ping and tracert are same on every machine, but still a few are unable to login to it.
Have you ever faced any such issue, and what did you to do to resolve the same.
