Alerts and Monitoring for SMC and CDC products

Hello

Please can I ask for some guidance/tips on what are the types of alerts that can be setup to monitor Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Cloud products for e.g. for availability, operational level errors/faults and capacity.

Hi sgup76,

I can't comment in regards to SAP Marketing Cloud but for SAP Customer Data Cloud we have an audit log (https://developers.gigya.com/display/GD/Using+the+Audit+Log) which captures key activities e.g. login, registration etc which contains error codes. Additional for IdentitySync our ETL batch job (https://developers.gigya.com/display/GD/IdentitySync) you can set up alerts to be notified if a job wasn't successful. Additionally our consultants can work with you to help configure any custom dashboards/alerts that you may be looking for, so I'd recommend reaching out to you Account Manager to arrange a session where they can go through your requirements in more detail.

And for getting a notification for planned/unplanned downtime of SMC and CDC would it just be checking the SAP Launchpad and subscribing to

or is there any other notification we should subscribe to.
