Unable to generate output messages automatically for acces sequence

Hello experts,

We have 4 options (Key Combinations) in access sequence.

1. Purch Org/Vendor for EDI

2. Doc Type/Purch Org/Vendor

3. Doc Type/Purch Org

4. Doc Type

Now when I maintain the condition record for 3rd key combination (For Applications EF & EV), output messages are updated automatically in case of Outline agreement (EV) only. For Purchase Orders (EF), these are not updating automatically.

Messages are updating automatically in case of PO i.e. EF only if condition records are maintained for 1st access sequence.

Requirement is to update messages for option 3 only (Doc Type/Purch Org Key Combination).

Can you please guide where can I set this?
