Fiori app tile related to Commercial Project Management not available in technical catalog

While configuring the below standard apps(Application Type : SAP GUI), I could not find their respective tiles in the fiori launchpad designer. But the target mappings are available

My product version is :
S/4HANA 1809 FPS02 and
Soft component version is S4CORE 103 - SP 0002, UIS4HOP1 400 - SP 0002

The corresponding system alias and trusted RFC(S4CPA) is also maintained. I have also tried to replicate the catalogs from backend.
