Special characters (äöü) upload service categories per csv in Service Cloud

Hi all!

I have the problem that while uploading service categeories in the SAP Service Cloud the special character (like ö,ä,ü) are not displayed correctly although I encoded the csv file with UTF-8 (tried it with Excel and with Notepad ++).

Any ideas?
