Unable to upload logs from mobile app to SMP

We are trying to upload the logs from the SAPUI5 mobile application on to SMP.

On D-system, it works for us but in QA environment, we get below error.

Please note we have enabled logs upload in the SMP portal settings - Client policies

Are there any additional settings to be done ? encountered when retrieving roles for the subject. This may result in authorization failures. See the log for more details.#
