SAP S/4HANA CLOUD - Output paremeter deterination setting

In SAP S/4HANA CLOUD system, we set output parameter determination for SA and PO, but when we send output message, we always find that has error message: No active outbound service could be found. So are we miss any configuration for SA and PO output message in EDI channel?

I assume you are using OPD to send a document through EDI channel.

To enable this, you have to implement corresponding communication arrangement where outbound service will be defined. There will be one standard communication scenario for each document. This should fix your error.
