Payroll Result Cancellation

Hi All,

We have completed the payroll run and control record status is now EXIT payroll. At this stage we have encountered that for few of employees SDF values are wrong. So I want to rerun the payroll for these employees. But we have already exited the payroll for that period. If anybody knows how to cancel payroll run for exited payroll periods, please guide me.

Hi,

Use tcode PU01 to delete the payroll results.

Path

From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> <Country> -> Tools -> Payroll Result -> Delete in the SAP menu.
