PO material price need to be checked when doing GR

Dear Guru's,

When doing GR for one PO it need to be check material standard price if any changes done means it need to show error. How to configure this pls suggest me your valuable idea.

I tried with OMC0 tolerance limit set VP. It's working only for moving average price.

Can you pls suggest..
