Hello together,
in SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2 Solution Documentation exists a report RSMUDC_EXECUTE_CHK_RUN. How can I find any explanation what is checked? I get the result that there is an incosistency, but i searched in OSS, in SAP Help, in GOOGLE, ... and could not find any explanation what this means or what I have to do.
Is there someone who can help?
Thanks,
Best regards,
Kornelia Schierwath
Hello Kornelia,
In my opinion, there is nothing to do for this particular case, because the values of the attribute specified in the check results should be filled in automatically according to the SMUD model (key attribute ACHID - Folder Structure ID).
It seems that we have here some kind of coding flaw in the check.
By the way, I found that details for a specific test result can be opened also in the context menu of an inconsistent element, in your case it is a library folder. It might be useful for other cases.
Regards,
Alexander

Kornelia,
Per my understanding, to determine what needs to be done after execution of the report you should analyze the description of the check results from content check attribute group of the particular non-consistent element found by filtering elements in List mode of SOLDOC branch. I don't know if there is any guidance on what to be done exactly for every issue found by those checks. But it was clear for me so far what is wrong and what needs to be done.
E.g.: Check Results =There is no original document means that the original of this element has been deleted.
Did you find inconsistent elements in SOLDOC? What not-empty check results do you have?

Hi Kornelia,
You can start with SOLMAN_SETUP-> Process Management -> Step 9. Scheduling Content Checks. In the activity Scheduling Content Checks check the link to the list of BAdI Implementations. These are the actual checks that are performed.
The steps to perform if any inconsistencies are found: "You will find the check results in transaction SOLDOC in the attribute value "Check results" in attribute group "Content Check". You can filter by these results in all lists and reports to find the elements that have inconsistencies to fix them." The actions taken after that are case-specific.
Sometimes in such programs you can find a detailed description with the button "Program documentation (Shift+F1)".
Also check the SAP Note 2789964. Good luck!

Alexander

Hi Kornelia,
Alexander is right. We will remove this attribute from the check since it is not editable.

Hello Alexander,
I got the check-result
"The value of attribute Folder Structure Position ID is invalid" in the executable library. This library is filled automatically by a Job.
Actually I have no idea what the sytem wants me to do.
Thank you so much for helping!

Hello Alexander,
this is exactly what I did, my problem is that I get a result that there is an inconsistency but no explanation what the meaning is from this result or what I could do to solve this issue.
A check-report that checks without advice how to solve recognized issues is not so helpful for me.
Do you have any idea where I can find some help for this?
Thanks,
Kornelia
