Can anybody please advice me please?

Hi MS,
What's the second target system(quality system)?Looks like the plugins are missing in the second target system,if you have plugins installed on the second target system, then check your GRC configuration for second target system and vice versa.
Thanks

Hi,
We have separately installed the Plug-in, not on the same system as GRC.
I mean on my ECC system, the GRC plug in is also installed. To be more precise we have two target systems, for the first the jobs are running well and the problem is on the second one.
Both target systems are linked to GRC via RFC connection (Transaction SM59) in the same way, and the connection test is sucessfully done :
Thank you, I appreciate your assistance.

Hi MS,
Can you share more details on your landscape(ECC,S4BI,CRM etc),I see you are on GRC V12 for foundation and plugin. As per the screenshot that you shared, If you try to run the sync job against GRC connector itself then you will not get that error.
Thanks
Ramesh

Sorry, I just looked at the screen shot. It looks like you installed the plug-in on the same system as the GRC software. It is usually installed on the ECC or other ABAP systems you have, not the GRC system (although technically possible). What connector are you using in the job?

I would check your plug-in (ECC?) system to see if the function module is there. If it is, then you have a communications problem. If it is not there, then you did not install the software properly. "Not f" could mean "not found"

What is your plug-in level? Is this a new install?
