Multiple partner billing in a single contract in ReFX

Dear Experts,

We are in ECC 6.0.

There is a requirement from business where we have a single rental object being let out to multiple partners at different agreed rates and for different periods. Say, Unit 'A0101' has been let out to Partner X; Y & Z. Now the period of billing for X is 01.09.2019 till 30.09.2019; for Y it is 01.09.2019 till 15.09.2019 & for Z it is 01.09.2019 till 20.09.2019. Again, the rates agreed with X; Y & Z for the aforementioned period are INR 100000/-; 55000/- & 75000/- respectively.

How do we create the contract in ReFX and generate multiple invoices to partners in advance.

    # 1-Create contract with all mandates valid from 01.01.2018 to 31.2.2019. with two partners & one rental object.

Go to condition tab add condition and give validity say 01.01.2019 to 30.06.2019 & then add other condition and give validity from 01.07.2019 to 30.12.2019, amount 50000 & 10000 respectively.

Then go to posting parameter tab add one more posting and against each posting assign your two different partners as shown in below pic.

Then Save & Activate the contract, then with T_code RERAPP post the contract as shown below.

Since my Business partner is vendor I am not creating invoice but in case of customer you can create invoice with T_code RERAIV.

    Hope this help
