For references I have attached screenshot. After 1811 upgrade not able to enable/disable component in smart edit.

I found issue visible was blacklisted hence it was not appearing in edit component.

below file is for reference but it was blacklisted in custom code file:

cmsfacades-structuretypes-generic-blacklist-spring.xml

instead of uid it was visible.
