Backend process of Adobe IF in R/3

Hi there,

I am new with Adobe IF.

What i am looking for is information about the R/3 backend processing of the filled in PDF document.

What happens with the filled in PDF when it's send back to the backend?

What do i need to do the get the filled in fields stored in R/3?

I hope somebody can help me with this question.
