How to Make SAP.UI.TABLE back ground transparent

hi,

Am having a table of type sap.ui.Table, here in the Back Ground we have set an Image, but the Table is not Transparent.
where a Table of type SAP.M.Table is Transparent , please find the below Images . As you can see The bottom portion of the Image being visible below the Table and Page Border.

In Sap M Table , the back ground Image is visible completely as water mark.

Kindly let me know how can we achieve the same in sap.ui.Table.
