SAP WEBIde local for SAP S/4HANA on premise 1709 - Error 406 Not Acceptable

Hi gurus,

i configured my local webIde but i am having this error after the logon.

Any ideas? All seems correct, SAML2 is disabled, adt on sicf is activated.
