Send offer from C4C to ERP in sales order request format

Hi everyone,

We would like to ask if anyone knows how we can send an offer from C4C to ERP in Sales Order Request format, instead of being sent directly as Sales Order.

Hello Satya,

Thank you for the quick response, we are going to integrate the two systems through CPI, our main doubt is to know which iFlow should we use to achieve this. Can we use the Create Sales Quote Follow Up Document in SAP Business Suite ‘/COD/ERP/QUOTE_TO_BUSINESSDOCUMENT’ or should we use another artefact?

Dear Ruth,

From an Sales Quote, you have an option to create an external follow-up document which can be a sales order request or sales order. You can manage this by sending correct document type out from C4C using code list mapping.
