EWM PF Cases Going to decimals

When picking cases, the system will ask for the operator to pick cases using decimals. This obviously can take a lot of time. We are HU managed. When I check the HU that has gone to decimals, I noticed that picks on the same HU prior to this pick were fine. It can run across different HU, SKUs, operators, and locations. I haven't been able to narrow down a common denominator to research a fix. Anyone have any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
