Additional field in Dunning Letter

I am trying to add the field External Reference in the dunning letter but I cannot see the field in what's available. Any advice on how I could add that?

Hi Adeline,

At the moment the External Reference field is not availble.

Ideally, the field 'External Reference' is required when you want to show/give the precedding document ID for the invoice. The dunning letter is a legal document which you are sending to your customer to pay for the overdue invoices. Hence, the Invoice ID is enough to describe the line item.
