Upload excel to QE51N

Hello all, I am working on the transaction QE51N, and on of the operation, is doing outside of SAP, at this point I am loading the information manually, and I would like to make a Excel document and upload to SAP, I can safe time and that operation.

I dont know if someone can help me with that,
