text determincation from STO

Hi ,

I have a requirement to print text on all sto based deliveries and invoices . I have done the config for text determincation and header text is getting printed as expected but I want to restrict it to specific output type . Business has requested us to only print text for say BPO2 output type and only RU10 and UA12 company codes . Can i configure this scenario ?

    With the standard configuration, text determination will happen at header level based on your document type or at item level based on item category configuration. In your case, since you wanted to restrict based on specific output type, you can maintain in so10 and from the smartform being used for STO, you can very well fetch in STO process
