Dear ladies and gentlemen, I am newly certified as a SAP fi fresher. I am a holder of a BscEd degree majoring in Mathematics. Currently I am a full time teacher and a part time SAP fi end user. Now my main worry is I want to do a career shift and be a full-time SAP fi consultant.
May you please kindly guide me. Do I need to obtain an accounting degree or that certification alone is sufficient. In the accounting arena, I have a certificate in Financial Accounting only.
Certification depends on market location, in my view
I recommend looking at the SAP Learning Journeys for S/4HANA Finance
If you learn S/4HANA Finance, I believe it will help you
An accounting degree really helps too, as it will help you make sense of FI (My take only)
Also look at the free OpenSAP courses on S/4HANA - open.sap.com - and look at the RPA offerings
