I have a formula that subtracts one currency variable from another, but one record is not calculating correctly. The values are
$3716.23 - $3716.24, so the result should be -$0.01, but it is displaying as $0.00. If I add more decimals, the values are equal, $3716.2350, so I get why it is showing zero, but negative values display in red and this record displays in red when all the other $0.00 records are in black, so it is confusing. I want the results to display as currency with two decimals, so how do I get the result to show $0.01?
I've tried changing the rounding and decimals, but so far, I haven't been able to fix the problem
Hi Carmen,
What version of Crystal Reports are you using?
If you set the rounding for the calculated field to "0.01", you should get the result you're after.
