Hi Friends,

In sales order we have "Requested delivery date" that is stored in structure, I want to know how to bring this field value in Z report?

Is there any field in delivery document that represents "Requested Delivery Date" of the sales order?

Hello,

In table LIPS for your delivery you will get

Reference Document VGBEL Reference Item VGPOS which is your sale document.

Pass it to VBEP table for first schedule line you will get Requested Delivery Date EDATU.

LIPS-VGBEL and LIPS-VGPOS pass to VBEP-VBELN and POSNR find ETENR =001 and get EDATU.

Best Regards,

Your question is ambiguous - you wrote that requested delivery date is stored in a structure (it is not, it is in VBAK-VDATU) and that you need this in a custom report. Well, the field is VBAK-VDATU as I mentioned, you need to request the assistance of your local development team,

You also mentioned that you are looking for requested delivery date in the outbound delivery - there is no standard field for this. One option is to read the value from the preceding document, another option I guess is to copy the information to a custom field in LIPS (I would not do that, in most cases in the report you will need additional information from the sales order anyway).

All of this you could have found by yourself with minimal effort. There are multiple discussions how to find the field where a certain program stores values and preparing a few test cases or looking at LIPS takes just a few minutes.

Thanks for your feedback. But, When i did F1 on the sales order screen for "Requested Delivery Date" Filed i got RV45A (structure) and field as KETDAT. Hence, I posted in forum. Also, In one of the forum i read it will be stored in structure.

Due to above reasons i posted it in SDN.

Any how will try to improve my search and analysis!
