Backflush materials on confirmation of production order.

Hello Member,

We have a requirement to backflush BOM( reduce stock or goods issue) of production order once the order is confirmed. We have set the backflush flag on BOM but it seems that it is not working or has been disabled somewhere.

Could you please suggest any FM or BAPI to backflush BOM(or reduce stock)?

Additional info:

• A developer has already written a workflow to backflush and it sometimes work and sometimes does not. So we can not use this.

Hello,

Backflush indicator is there in material master, work center and routing. I haven't seen backflush indicator in BOM.

In material master if you set always back flush whenever you try to do the goods movement against this material system will always do the automatic goods issue during confirmation of order.
