Ship. point XXXX not allowed for ship. cond. XX, loading group , plant XXXX

Dear Expert,

I cant to create STO Po because of above error. I have check all the config, everything has been setup.

Below is my checking:

1) Shipping point determination

2) Material Master (Sales - General/Plant)

3) Customer master (Shipping condition)

4) Define shipping data for plant

Is there any config that i miss out ? Please advise.
