PU19 printing PDF issue

Transaction PU19.

Enter employees numbers - I tested 2 employees. (Deselect output options.)

Background

Go to SP01

Select Spool No. 40241 (Note 6 pages for two employees)

Highlight a line and select print.

I get 3 copies of each W-2

Hello Marsha,

You need to check table T5UX7 to see how many entries you have for the W-2 form.
This can be the reason why you have more PDF versions, or you might have an entry for SAP script.
