Auto fill of Sales order configuration characteristics value against sales order quantity.

Dear All,

I need your suggestion, I am using the variant configuration in sales order and recording the value of the characteristic in the configuration of the sales order. My requirement is I want to apply validation that the order quantity I entered in the main screen of sales order should get auto fill in the characteristics of Item configuration.

Can we acheive the same through any exit or other enhancement ???

Hello,

You can use the procedure $SET_DEFAULT with some condition for default values.

For use exist and BAdi please refer SAP note 1394961 - User exits and BAdIs in the variant configuration
