IDOC :userid not appearing in the segment E1P0105

Hi All,

I need to update user record in SRM.For this I am sending a IDOC using PFAL transaction for a given PERNR. But in the outbound idoc it does not show the userid field,eventhough i went and made some changes in pa20-->0105(001) userid field is not appearing. It is happening only for selected records.

What could be the reason the userid is not showing in the idoc.
