Can Batch Determination be utilized in stock overview?

If batch determination is being utilized, can the current stock levels show which batches meet requirements outside of when batches are picked for delivery?

For example, we have one material with customer specifications. We are running out of material with these special specifications. In order to not assign materials with these specifications to other customers

No. It can't. MMBE does not utilize batch determination.

Consider creating a special material for this customer. (If the volume and hence profit from the customer warrants it).

I often find organizations want to satisfy a myriad list of customer specs without really evaluating if they are making any money on the product after taking into consideration the trouble they go through to handle a customers special spec.

For example, sales people promising an extra test to be done for the customer on a material. But they don't consult the lab and later find out the test costs so much to be done that they are losing money as a company on every batch they test for this customer. (but the sales person still makes their commission!!).
