Customer Journey Insight Filters - SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi all,

When designing a Triggered-based Campaign, I am facing the following obstacle:

I want an interaction (payment) to be the trigger that launches the next action of the campaign. The thing is that this interaction type can have 2 status; 'paid' 'or 'not paid'.

It is possible to somehow define the campaign so the interaction payment acts as a trigger only when its status is = 'paid'? If yes, how should I do it?

    Hello Gerard llatjos,

    Why don't you create a Live target group with Interaction type=payment + Status=paid?

    Then you can assign thsi target groupd as a filter condition in the campaign desginer.

    Does that meet your requirement?
