OpenText Viewer saves only monochrom

Hello,

already reinstalled OpenText Viewer, but the issue on one workstation still exists: even as the document is shown in colours when saving this document as PDF this PDF only shows monochrom.

Strange - we have it on only one workstation - what can be checked?
