invalid SAML2 SSO request reference token in sap business one 9.2 pl 07

Dear Experts,

I am facing the an error when trying to access SAP using an external url for a client whose on premise. I am able to see the main screen with the databases and server name but after entering manager username and password, I get the error:

invalid SAML2 SSO request reference token

I have checked different threads and notes as shown below but no luck so far. Kindly guide if you have a suggestion/solutionsap-b1-external-mapping.pngenternal-mapping-after-logging.png

Hi,

Every one , i got the solution for this issue. the error persist in configuration setup. kindly follow the following process

• First Download Sap gatekeeper installation setup
• Navigate to the root folder of the product package and run the setup.exe file. If you are using Windows Server 2008 or Windows 7, right-click the setup.exe file and choose Run as administrator.

• 

• click Next

• 

• click next

• 

• Enter access URL browser access http address with port code and click next

• Then entered SLD link or address link ( link getting process is window--> search-->service manager---> settings---> configuration security --->copy web link or search bar address link) than paste SLD URL box

• 

• click next

• 

Enter B1 Site User Credentials and click next

• 

• Click install

• 

• Click Finish
• Login B1 Site user . go to services tab here "Browser access services " is added in row level
• you can click browser access link

• 

• Select Server , DB through drop down list and enter sap user id and password then click Log On
