How to integrate Zoho Creator app with SAP C4C?

Hey people,

I have a custom-built form in Zoho Creator that creates a new contact/user. What I want to do is to push data from Zoho Creator upon the submit data is complete, then view the added contact in the contact module of SAP C4C.
