Item Proposal association SDK

Hi,

I am trying to find a way of being able to extend the Item Proposal UI (‘AddItemsFromList’ ModelDialog) held within COD_SR_TI with a new field which can pull data from the ‘Material’ BO, however I am having trouble trying to locate if it exists as an object or association within the provided namespaces.

We currently have an extended ServiceRequest.xbo, but the only associations within the Root node are 'Item' and 'ServiceReferenceObject'. I have checked the 'Material' object, but also there are no associated notes for 'ItemProposal'.

Can you please advise if this exists and where, or if it is currently not available.

My business requirement is to bring a reference field (Number) from ERP material master into the material record in C4C, and display this in the ‘ItemProposal’ screen so the service technician has an easy way to identify the spare part from reading a breakdown diagram with the part references.

    Hello Thomas,

You are not able to manipulate the ItemProposal association as this is not PSM Enabled, hence you don't have neither read or write access to it.

In case of this is a mandatory business requirement, please raise an incident with this PSM enablement request and send us your business use case.

    Regards,
    Douglas
