Did you performed any upgrade to system (Solution manager/ remote systems)?

Did your all background jobs for EWA run successfully?

Did you notice any error?

In SM_WORKCENTER, the reports are NOT showing before 07.10.2019.

Can you please check below in your remote system

Go to transaction SDCCN

Go to Task log tab and please share what tasks been executed.

You can also go to Menu Task and create below in sequence ...

Refresh Sessions

Request Session data

Send session data

Lets see what happens next.
