TASKS not getting updated in Notification

Dear All Experts,

We are working on a upgradation project we have the below issue.

For Notifications, the TASKS are not getting updated correctly. There are few Notifications for which the TASK update is successful but for few others they are unsuccessful.

Kindly Advice on how shall we proceed further.
