Unable to add and delete entry in FIORI app

Hello Experts,

I created a FIORI app for a CDS view in the Web IDE. It works well in the Web IDE. However, when I connected it to the front end system, and added it to the FIORI launchpad and started it from there, I am unable to add or delete any entries. I am only able to view the table data.

Can you please give me any pointers as to why this could be?

What more details would you need?
