calculate the profit per cost center in sale return

Hi,

let us suppose that i have two branches in my org. one of them make the sale invoice and the other makes the sale return for the same sale invoice, the profit of the sale is calculated in the first branch (if we want to calculate the profit per branch) but the return loose is calculated on the first or in the other branch?
