Unable to Access Template with Multi sheets SAP IBP

Hello Experts,

We have a template with multi sheets. Even though the template access is provided using the "Templates" section under restrictions, the user is not able to see the template which has got multiple sheets. Please help how can we enable a template to end-users with multi sheets. Thank you.

Note: Tested by providing Admin role with unrestricted access still it didn't work.
