Unable to Access Template with Multi sheets SAP IBP

Hello Experts,

We have a template with multi sheets. Even though the template access is provided using the "Templates" section under restrictions, the user is not able to see the template which has got multiple sheets. Please help how can we enable a template to end-users with multi sheets. Thank you.

Note: Tested by providing Admin role with unrestricted access still it didn't work.

Are you referring to application job template with multiple steps? And end-users are trying to access application job template from Excel UI? Please clarify.

Hello Piyush,

I am referring to templates in Excel Add-in and not application job templates.

Users will select the required template in Excel --> New View --> From Template.

Hello,

This is now solved. The issue is with Attribute Permissions. Once All attribute permissions assigned to user, the user is able to access the template which has multiple sheets.
