Case Study for QM Module

I have worked on QM maintenance and want to learn Implementation. I have already read a lot of articles on ASAP methodology but I don't know how to implement it.

For this I need some Practice Questions / Case Studies / Real Life Scenarios / Examples

People who have worked on implementing End to End QM module, can you please share the requirement you worked on and how you implemented it.
