Union and Outer Join in Business Objects

Hi All,

We have a scenario to create a report in Business Objects like the below output . Report 1 and Report 2 are source SAP BW reports ,we created WebI reports out of these using BICS connection.

We are leveraging merged dimensions(Extend merged dimensions is selected) in WebI however if customer information is missing from report 2(for eg :1245) , this information is not showing in our final ouput .

We are looking for union and full outer join using 2 SAP BEx reports to achieve out as below. May i know how this can be achieved using Business Objects,

We had a work around in BW system to pull granular information for customer (also had product info in there)and merged it with product to provide the output business was looking for,

Hi Sasidhar,

Assuming you're merging on Customer ID, please be sure to make the Customer ID from query 2 as the source dimension. To do that, you'll have to right click on Merged Customer ID -> select Edit Properties -> and from the drop down, select Customer ID from query 2 as the source dimension.

Please try that and let us know if that works.
